Meet Bing and Flop at London Zoo!

Explore the Zoo with our brand-new Bing trail and storytime sessions, helping little ones learn even more about our 20,000 amazing animals.

Follow our free, self-guided trail where young children can help Bing and his friends complete the Zookeepers’ daily checklist, with a fun activity to do at each checkpoint. Don’t forget to join Bing and Flop in our interactive storytime sessions*, led by our Zookeeper, for a day out to remember.

The trail and storytime sessions are included with Zoo entry. Children under 3 enter free.

• Join Bing and Flop on a journey full of fun and discovery, helping children explore the wonder of the natural world.
• Enjoy a special storytime session*, including an opportunity to see Bing and Flop!

*Storytime with our Zookeeper plus Bing and Flop

Bingsters will love sitting down to interactive storytime sessions, led by our ZSL Zookeeper, to learn about our animals. Children will also get their very own pair of Bing ears to take home!**

All storytime sessions are free but capacity is limited so please book on the day when you arrive at the zoo. Just head to the spotty dome in Barclay Court (next to the carousel) to reserve your place!

Weekdays

On weekdays, there will be two storytelling sessions taking place at 12pm and 2pm each day. Admission will be on a first come, first served basis so please do reserve your place when you arrive at the Zoo – just head to the spotty dome in Barclay Court.

Weekends and School Holidays

There will be four 15-20 min sessions throughout the day at 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 3pm.

Priority access for Patrons, Fellow and Gold members to first daily storytelling sessions during peak days

On weekends and school holidays, our Patrons, Fellows and Gold members will have priority access to the first storytelling session of the day at 11am. Admission will be on a first come, first served basis – just head to the spotty dome in Barclay Court to reserve your place!  But don’t worry if you cannot make that slot or if it is full by the time you arrive – ALL members can sign up to attend any of the other 3 daily sessions.
