Come to Parliament (Kite) Hill to take part in a Kite flying event in solidarity with Afghan refugees run in partnership with Good Chance Theatre.
The event will involve:
Kite flying and refreshments on Parliament (Kite) Hill (1pm)
Poetry readings, Afghan music and dancing at the Parliament Hill Bandstand (2.30-4pm)
No need to book - just turn up and find out more about Afghan culture.
This event is in solidarity with Afghan refugees, on the first anniversary of the fall of Kabul.
