Lunar New Year celebrations at Burgh House

Join Burgh House in Celebrating the Chinese New Year of the tiger. Following the success of previous year’s Celebrations, we bring you another great day of festivities. We begin at 11am with the breath-taking Lion Dance on the High Street, back then to Burgh House, where there will be craft activities for all ages, dressing up, music, storytelling and beautiful art works.

**PLEASE NOTE** Tickets are only required for the storytelling and music performances, each ticket allocates a child with one parent. If tickets are sold out don't worry there will be plenty to do. The rest of the activities will be available on on the ground floor at drop-in stations and will not require a ticket for them.

There will be chances to win some fun prizes in our lucky dip!

COVID-19 note: to ensure you and your family are enjoying the celebration safely we recommend to follow the standard safety measures. Wear a mask, keep the safety distance and take a Lateral Flow Test when possible. Hand sanitiser will be available across the House.

Due to limited access to buggy park and to avoid overcrowding during the event we encourage to leave any buggies and scooters at home.

We are a registered charity and do not receive any government or council funding.

We rely on the generosity of our supporters to preserve our special building for future generations.
