Are you experiencing a sense of overwhelm, “baby brain” or low mood since having your baby? Are you fatigued and exhausted? Are you having trouble shifting excess weight? If so, this workshop will help.  It’s time to focus on YOU and YOUR well-being. 

The Workshop will consist of a 1-hour Mamma Method Class followed by a 1-hour Nutrition for Mums Talk by BANT-registered nutritional therapist, Thalia Pellegrini. 

Many women experience some form of post-natal depletion: fatigue and exhaustion, a sense of overwhelm, or “baby brain” – mental fog or low mood. What you eat and how well you nourish yourself can make a BIG difference to how you feel.

Thalia will share her top tips on how to eat for better energy and how to optimise your recovery in the months after birth.
