CLASS TIMETABLE

09:00-10:00: Yoga with Libby Stevenson

The session will include movements and poses that will uncurl the shoulders from breastfeeding, release tension from the shoulders and the lower back, bring an awareness to the posture, have you moving flowingly from one warrior to the next, realign the pelvis and reknit the abdominals. This class is suitable for pre and postnatal Mamas.

10:30-11:30: Tension Release with Tara Lee

Tara Lee will be leading a gentle yoga class focussing on helping mothers release physical tension and stress. Tension is common postnatally from all the feeding and carrying that mothers are doing. Sleep deprivation and the demands of having a new baby also contribute to tension building. Practicing yoga postnatally helps mothers let go of tension, builds strength in a safe and effective way and helps to alleviate and prevent common aches and pains. For postnatal Mamas only.

12:00-13:00: Sweat with Sana Shirvani

Pre and postnatally qualified personal trainer, coach at BXR , Stylist Strong trainer and all round superstar, Sana Shirvani, will get you working up a sweat with a full postnatal body work out. For postnatal Mamas only.

13:30-14:30: Yoga for Mama & Baby with Jayne Miller

Come and ease your way back into your yoga and your body. We’ll start with gentle re-aligning and pelvic floor work to help you regain strength and vitality from the inside, before moving though a sequence of postures targeting common discomforts experienced by mums - from tight shoulders and upper back aches, to wrist issues and exhaustion! We’ll include some breath work to aid relaxation and help you stay calm. Suitable for postnatal Mamas and babies welcome.
