Santa's Virtual Grotto

Bring Santa directly to your home via a video call. Santa has decided it's safer to follow the government advice and work from home whenever possible this festive season. During this time Santa will be available online live from his grotto. He is adapting to fit in with these strange, fast moving times to ensure a safe, fun and lockdown proof way to interact with you all. What you get

• A live 5 minute video call with Santa
• Christmas activity pack (sent via email after your video call)
• A pre-recorded Santa’s Storytime video (sent via email after your video call)

Pricing

We charge the below per time-slot:

• £8 for 1 child
• £11 for 2 children (together in the same time slot)
• £14 for 3 children (together in the same time slot)

IMPORTANT - we recommended booking 2 consecutive time-slots if you have 4 or more children to allow extra time for Santa to speak to all the children.

Safety

Child online safety is our top priority. Parents MUST be present with the child/children during their Zoom session when meeting Santa. He is DBS checked and adheres to the safeguarding policy that Lauderdale house has set out in order to make this happen. The ticket holder's name MUST match the name of the Zoom account that you will be using for the video call. If you attempt to login with a different name to the one in our booking system you will not be admitted. We will send you an email with instructions and additional information nearer to the time of your booking. We are unable to offer refunds.
