Seedlings & Explorers
Get stuck into a survey of our pond. Use an identification key to work out which species you have caught and record them. Learn about the carnivores, herbivores and omnivores found in a pond and how they move and hunt. Full details on the FSC website. Activities are for different age groups.

Do you have a favourite colour? Can you think of a flower of that colour? A flower and leaf based session to encourage the seedlings to engage with nature around them. Use flowers and leaves to make natural paint, create sculptures, look at textures and more.
Tutor: All activities are run by FSC staff.
Additional information: All children must be accompanied. Make sure to bring appropriate clothing and footwear in case the ground is muddy and plenty of enthusiasm.
