Terms and conditions This competition is open to children from age 6-16 and resident in the UK. Entry into the competition is via e-mail only. Postal submissions cannot be considered. We are unable to return entries sent by post. Stories must be submitted either within the email body or as a Word document. Illustrations should be either square or landscape and submitted in a PDF or JPG format, via email. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to transfer ownership of the original story and/or artwork to The Foundling Museum. Judges will choose at least one winning entry every Tuesday on a weekly basis. Entries must be submitted on Mondays before 10:00 to be considered for publication on the Foundling Museum website and social media platforms each Wednesday. The competition will run until Monday 30 August 2020. The judges are the Foundling Museum staff plus additional guest judges, selected by Museum staff. The judges’ decision is final. No prize (monetary or otherwise) will be awarded to the successful contestants. No correspondence will be entered into with unsuccessful entrants.
