Summer 2021 is here, and we are so excited about giving Camden’s children and young people the best summer ever.
We know many Camden residents – particularly children, young people and families – have found the pandemic and its impact on their lives extremely difficult. However, together with our partners, we are delighted to offer the opportunity for our vibrant community to come together safely to enjoy an ambitious programme of fun and memorable activities.
Every summer, Camden has offered an inspiring range of activities for our children and young people to experience culture and creativity, participate in sports, have fun, make new friends and learn new skills. We know that this was not possible to the same extent in 2020, with many activities held online or in a socially distanced way, and that it has been a challenging year for Camden children and young people. That is why this summer, we want to give them more opportunities than ever – with additional activities, expanded experiences and bringing everything that is on offer for local children, young people and families together in one place, within our Summer in Camden programme.
