Summer Workshops with Ginny

As we emerge from restrictions and continue to reconnect with the outside world, now is the time to continue developing a mindful approach in order to manage changes and challenges.

I will be running summer workshops for children age 6 to 7, 7 to 10, and 8 to 12. All workshops are 30 minutes, 10.00 to 10.30.am, conducted via Zoom.

• Inside the Story, rising 6 to 7 years
• Catch that Fall, 7 to 10 years
• Balance and Insight, 8 to 12 years

We will work imaginatively using Mindful awareness of breath, creativity, stories, role play, and group dynamic, to encourage confidence, individuality, and a positive sense of self. The work will be delivered with a sense of playfulness and fun!
