Valentine's Baking
This Valentine’s Day we will be hosting gingerbread baking classes for little bakers. We recommend the classes for children aged 10 and under. If your child would like to join, please get in touch with GAIL's Camden Please note that children cannot be left unattended.

About
We have all the elements you’ll need for Valentine’s Day – hearts (biscuits), flowers (edible) and chocolate (sourdough!) – but we’ve also been looking to the traditions of other countries to spark some new ideas. In Denmark, friends and sweethearts exchange pressed flowers. We’re baking them into shortbread and chocolate cookies, dipped in ruby, white and dark chocolate. Or, follow the South Korean tradition of celebrating Valentine’s Day for a whole month, with men and women taking it in turns to woo their loved ones with sweets.
