About

World Book Day at Camden Market is a family festival of creative events, free activities and whacky performances that celebrate the art of storytelling.

Bringing children’s literature to life across Camden’s markets, you’ll be transported to some of the most iconic moments in kid’s books across the years. Will you taste Bruce Bogtrotter’s famous chocolate cake or follow Hansel & Gretel’s treasure trail? Maybe you’ll find a caterpillar that’s just hatched into a beautiful butterfly, or sit aboard a narrowboat book reading with a famous author. Whether your little ones are book worms or not, there’s so much to experience this World Book Day.
