Hi, I'm Randa founder of Blume Wellness. A devoted mother to two beautiful little hearts and a highly trained registered Women’s Yoga Specialist, Hypnobirthing Practitioner & Birth Coach.
My advanced training brings extensive knowledge and expertise to my teachings in Fertility, Pregnancy, Birthing and Postnatal Yoga. I am also proud to be a member of the International Association of Infant Massage and Yoga Alliance.
My mission is to empower and support women to have a positive experience into motherhood, encourage family well-being and promote nurturing touch and communication for infants through yoga and infant massage; I aspire to deliver the essential tools to help nourish people’s lives, encouraging self-love, self-care and overall mental and physical wellness.
What I currently offer:
• IAIM Baby Massage & Yoga Courses (Term Time Only) - available in St John's Wood & N1C Centre, Coal Drops Yard - Kings Cross
• Hypnobirthing Courses (monthly) - available privately, online and in small groups at the N1C Centre, Coal Drops Yard - Kings Cross
• Pregnancy Yoga - available privately & live online
